We are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We ship to destinations worldwide. Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Large or heavy items — such as outdoor furniture — may ship via a freight carrier.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier capacity, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience.

5. Freight Delivery (Large Items)

Outdoor furniture and other oversized items may be shipped via freight carrier. Here’s what to expect:

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window in advance.
  • Standard freight delivery is curbside or threshold only — the driver will not bring items inside your home.
  • Please inspect your shipment before the driver leaves. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

6. White Glove Delivery

White Glove delivery is available for outdoor furniture at an additional fee. This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and removal of all packaging materials. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this service.

7. Packaging

  • Flower Pots: Boxed with protective padding; fragile items are clearly marked.
  • Gardening Tools: Boxed or poly-bagged with sharp edges safely protected.
  • Outdoor Furniture: Shipped in flat-pack boxes or heavy-duty protective wrap.

8. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage at delivery: Note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and all packaging. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

We will arrange a replacement, partial shipment, or refund as appropriate.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for post-shipment options.
