Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy. Please review our policy below before initiating a return or exchange.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- In new, unused, and unassembled condition (where applicable)
- In their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used items: Gardening tools that have been used; flower pots that have been planted or show signs of soil or water; outdoor furniture that has been assembled or used outdoors
- Final sale items: Products marked “Clearance,” “As-Is,” or “Final Sale”
- Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents
How to Return
- Request a Return Authorization (RMA): Contact us within 30 days of delivery at elixir.huskier_6e@icloud.com. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Pack securely: Use the original packaging with all parts included. Outdoor furniture must be disassembled before shipping.
- Ship your return: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For large or heavy items, we strongly recommend a trackable, insured shipping service.
- Restocking fee: A 15–20% restocking fee may apply depending on the item and its condition.
- Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 10–15 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Contact us at elixir.huskier_6e@icloud.com with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
- Ship your original item back in unused, original condition (return shipping is at your expense).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement. If there’s a price difference, we’ll charge or refund accordingly.
For faster service, you may also place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage and all packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement, part shipment, or full refund at no cost to you.
Missing Parts
If your order arrives with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ship the missing parts to you free of charge.
